Majornecessarily Mold Help is a referral service. A homeowner spots a dark patch, a musty smell or a damp wall and wants a clear next step. We help with that step. We connect you with independent local providers for mold inspection, testing and removal.
We do not do the work ourselves. The provider does.
Mold decisions are stressful, and the paperwork gets messy fast. Photos get lost. Notes stay in your head. Estimates arrive in different formats and are hard to compare.
So we built this around records. Dated photos, short notes and saved quotes help you ask better questions. They can also make any insurance conversation easier to start. Doing the job right also protects the house and its resale value.
You send a request. It can be short. Tell us what you see and where. If you have photos, even better.
We then connect you with a provider in our network who serves your area and handles the type of job you describe. The provider contacts you, asks questions and may set up a visit. Availability varies, and many providers can respond quickly. You are never required to accept a match, and there is no obligation to hire anyone.
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
You should still confirm those details yourself. Know where to stop trusting a promise that is not in writing.
We do not inspect, test or remove mold. We do not set prices. We do not decide what your insurance covers. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy and ask your insurer. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
Providers may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You do not pay us to send a request. Your agreement, price and payment terms are strictly between you and the provider.
Grab your phone and take a few photos. Note the date and where you saw the problem. Clear photos from a few angles help a provider understand the job before any visit. Then send your request, and a local provider can review it and quote the work in writing.
If you would rather talk it through, Request a callback to check provider availability.
