Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use majornecessarily.boutique and the referral service Majornecessarily Mold Help offers through it. When you browse the site, phone the number on it or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Majornecessarily Mold Help is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent mold inspection, testing and remediation providers. We do not carry out inspections, sampling, testing, removal, cleaning or repairs. We are also not a party to any deal you strike with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

The providers you are matched with are independent companies. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, test results, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, manage or direct them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they reply, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and any license your area requires, and get the estimate in writing.

General Information, Not Advice

Everything on this site is general information. It is not medical, health, professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. For health worries, see a doctor. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and with your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate details when you contact us and use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get into it in ways you are not allowed.

By phoning or sending a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact at any time, email contact@majornecessarily.boutique.
