How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Majornecessarily Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Majornecessarily Mold Help went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or incorrect
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network run their own businesses. They answer for their estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record of what you said and when.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Know, though, that Majornecessarily Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@majornecessarily.boutique and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
